HOW TO GET THE MOST OUT OF YOUR MAID PARADE SERVICE
Thank you for the opportunity to service your house. We know that you will find our cleaning services exceptional. To get the most out of your service we have compiled the following checklist:
1) Do not clean before we arrive at your home. However, since we are a non-invasive company,

the more that you can straighten and put away the better access we will have for cleaning. So, if
you can take just a minute to put away personal items, we would appreciate it.
2) If you have any questions or need to change anything about your cleaning, call our office at 303-893-1040 to discuss with office personnel. This can include things such as clean basement, pets are in the house due to inclement weather or clean the inside of the refrigerator. |
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
1) Time of arrival – although we strive to meet our customers schedules, we can not
guarantee an exact time of arrival. We will assign a cleaning “slot” for you, such as 1st of day or last of day, but due to unforeseen circumstances as weather, traffic or time in other houses we can not guarantee an exact time.
2) Pets – most of our customer do have pets in the house. Just let us know in advance.
3) Other services – ask about garage sweeping, inside of refrigerator, inside of china cabinets, inside of oven.
4) Holidays – If your cleaning falls on a scheduled holiday, we will call in advance to reschedule your cleaning.
5) Payment – Payment is due at the time of service. Please leave your check on the kitchen counter. For your convenience, we also accept Master Card, Visa, Discover and American Express.
6) Entry - We ask that you provide us a key so service will never be delayed. All keys are numbered and locked in a secure site without any identification on the keys.
